This coffee is produced by small-scale growers in Totoro, belonging to the Tierradentro region on the western side of Cauca. If you know your coffee geography (or coffography?) you’ll know this is close to one of the Colombian coffee meccas, Huila. The region is predominantly inhabited by indigenous people know locally as “Paeces”. The coffee from this region has been so well received that farming has necessitated an increase in employment opportunities. New Colombians are moving to the area to work alongside the Paeces. This coffee is just so smooth and easy to balance, it’s the perfect coffee to hit those classic notes and get you back on track.
This coffee is rich and full-bodied with black tea-like tannins, sweet caramel, and a lingering choccy finish.

Located in the northwest region of Rwanda, at the shore of Lake Kivu, Mushonyi coffee washing station (MWS) is about one hour from Rubavu city by car. The many hills that surround the station add to the already bucolic view, which includes a glimpse of the beautiful Lake Kivu. Rwanda's rich volcanic soils, rainfall distribution, and clement yearlong temperatures favour the slow maturation of the fruit, creating a distinctive taste in the cup. At the MWS, over 1200 smallholder farmers—32% of whom are women—contribute their crops to this coffee. Growers bringing coffee to MWS are provided with training and resources by RWACOF through 'Farm Field Schools', demo plots, and free access to coffee nurseries. Educational programs and support include best agricultural practices, sustainable farming, business and economics information, and social well-being. The knowledge passion and pride sing through this happening little coffee. It’s a special thing when a coffee not only tastes good but also does good.
Notes of sweet yellow plum and purple grape move to notes of toffee, caramel, and nutmeg. Crisp acidity and sweet milky notes linger.

The Terbe washing station is located 3km from the town of Uraga, in Guji's Oromia district of Ethiopia. This coffee comes to us as an exceptional example of smallholder-owned land and care. Typically, the washed coffee is de-pulped on the same day, fermented overnight, and is washed clean before being dried on raised beds. Smallholder farmers, who own as little as 1/8 hectare of land on average, deliver cherry by weight to receive payment at a market rate. Whether you’re new to filter or a seasoned sipper, this coffee ticks all the boxes and is one of the reasons filter is growing in popularity. Light, floral, and clean.
Expect a delicate mouthfeel, sweet, smooth and citric acidity, with notes of toffee, red cherry, and a floral finish.

Located in the Alta Mogiana region, this coffee farm is within three different municipalities: Ibiraci, Cassia and Capetinga.
To create this micro-lot, Jean Vilheana left this coffee drying on the patio using the “Volcano” method, covering the cherries with a cloth overnight, for 27 days until the desired moisture levels were reached.
It’s not very often we come across Brazilian coffees with such pronounced fruit, we jumped straight on this. We hope you enjoy it!
Soft and sweet cup with notes of strawberry, milk chocolate and vanilla.
