Pillar coffee roasters is a Melbourne Coffee roastery located in Braeside, Melbourne. We are dedicated to roasting the best coffee beans for the discerning Melbourne coffee market. To do this we source high quality and traceable green beans at different price points to suit any budget. We use the physics back tools developed by Clay and his brother Jake of Bush and Bush Coffee Systems when roasting. We use Density as our main parameter to measure green and roasted coffee beans all the way through to testing grinders and coffee machines for extraction.
