Our friends at Minas Hill delivered some serious coffee with a cause last year, including the Santa Monica produced by Jean Vilhena. It’s with great pleasure that we are able to share his fresh harvest with you again, which we fondly refer to as “Jean 55”.

Jean is among a new wave of Brazilian producers who continue to redefine Brazilian coffee, this particular micro-lot being a stellar example. The processing method of this coffee amplifies the fruit notes, allowing big notes of sweet pineapple to be found in every brew.
